About This Game Start with a small, worn-down roadside motel and turn it into a profitable business. Manage rooms, serve guests, repair damage, clean up messes, and invest your earnings into upgrades that increase value and attract better customers. Built as a solo passion project from scratch, this motel management simulator combines hands-on tasks, progression systems, and business management in one experience. Manage Your Motel Take control of the full guest experience from check-in to checkout. Assign customers to available rooms, set prices based on room quality, upgrades, and cleanliness, then collect payments after their stay. Keep rooms in top condition to earn better rewards and tips. Poorly maintained rooms lose value over time and are more likely to become damaged or dirty. Clean, Repair, Repeat Every room needs attention. After guests leave, inspect the damage and restore everything before the next booking. Handle tasks such as: Cleaning trash and messes Replacing light bulbs Repairing switches Fixing damaged devices Cleaning toilets Restoring room condition The better you maintain your motel, the more money you can earn. Upgrade Every Room Improve your rooms with furniture, appliances, and useful add-ons to permanently increase rental value. Each room supports multiple upgrade slots, allowing you to customize layouts and create higher-tier accommodations. Possible upgrades include: Television Microwave Game console Intercom Coffee maker Water dispenser Towels Air conditioner Stove Shop & Expand Buy supplies and upgrades in physical stores early in the game, then unlock remote ordering through your phone or laptop for faster management later. Plan purchases carefully and keep your motel stocked with everything needed to stay operational. Upgrade Your Character Use the special reception TV to unlock player bonuses and improve your efficiency. Possible upgrades include: Higher room rental income More inventory space Faster movement speed Extra rewards for repairs Build Storage & Organize Supplies Use the warehouse behind reception to build shelves and organize your growing business. Create better storage systems to hold cleaning products, spare parts, furniture, and more. Optional Side Income Take a break from motel work and grow potted plants in the warehouse for extra profit. A small optional system for players who enjoy additional progression and cozy side activities. Solo Passion Project! This is my first game, fully created solo from scratch.
