Introducing the Monsters Yami Kids is filled with Powerful "Oni", which you can summon, collect, train, and do with what you wish! Just be sure not to get on their bad side... What makes Yami Kids unique? One key part of Yami Kids are " Shadow Duels " that only take place at night. This is where you battle with real monsters, rather than simulated ones. Due to the dangers that revolve around the monsters in this world, the loss of a shadow duel results in the death of the losing party. When the player loses a battle, they get sent to The Underworld , a place where you can get unique items, visit mysterious places, and perform various activities before making a deal with the "residents" there to get sent back home to the world of the living.
