A South American government, after long negotiations and a great espionage activity, has managed to get hold of the TECNOLOGY POSITRONIC, a large photonic cannon whose power is superior to anything known. The POSITRONIC, coveted by many other countries, endangers the tense peace in the zone. The only solution is to destroy it at any cost and for this purpose a Vietnam veteran, Charlie Montinni, a weapons expert and fierce fighter, has been hired.
