Osher Bli Gvulot (Happiness Without Borders) is the story of Osher, a thirty-year-old Israeli who lives in Miami, and works for his uncle in a start-up of easy chairs. After getting entangled with the local authorities he is deported back to Israel, and here he discovers an astronomical debt to Social Security resulting from a bureaucratic mistake. After failing to undo the evil of the decree, Osher decides to run for prime minister - because that's the only way to show Social Security who the boss is.
