In the shadowy depths of the dungeon, a mimic tired of just waiting around decides to take the initiative and see the outside world. =============================================================== 【Key Features】 A Wondrous Blend of Disguise and Sokoban: Take advantage of the mimic's natural traits to cleverly disguise yourself, evade the line of sight and fatal attacks of adventurers, and find an escape route through a hostile dungeon. A Fantastic Collision of Nearly 20 Mechanics: The game spans 5 worlds with a total of 63 levels. The first 17 levels will ease you into the basic gameplay, while the rest of the journey gradually introduces nearly 20 different mechanics. Rather than presenting punishingly strict puzzle challenges, the later levels act more like a playground of possibilities, focusing on the fun interactions that emerge when complex elements overlap. Crack the Contraptions and Find a Way Out: Observe patrol routes, utilize environmental traps, and use your logic and strategy to carve out a path to survival in perilous situations where one wrong move means game over. Enjoy that sudden "Aha!" moment of triumph. =============================================================== 【A Message from the Developer】 Hello everyone! I am MiniBaga, the sole developer of this game. Mimic Escape is my very first small project, inspired by many fantastic indie puzzle games and poured over for half a year. The mimic in the game, yearning to escape its comfortable dungeon to see the world, is also a reflection of my own desire to step out of my comfort zone and try something new. For the past six months, I took on the design and programming entirely on my own (while also utilizing some AI assistance for certain art assets and code). As my debut work, it’s definitely not flawless, and the later level designs might show a bit of rookie roughness. But these 63 levels are my heartfelt answer sheet—bringing all the wild "disguise + sokoban" ideas in my head straight to you, exactly as I envisioned them. I am genuinely looking forward to hearing your truest thoughts! Whether you run into a frustrating bug, feel a certain level is a bit "underbaked," or just have some wild brainwaves, please don't hesitate to throw them my way! Every piece of feedback, every roast, or word of encouragement is an incredibly precious "EXP drop" for a fledgling indie developer like me. Feel free to drop me an email anytime to chat: 📧 Developer Email: minibaga.studio@gmail.com I hope you have a great time on this bite-sized escape journey!
