To honour Mega Man's heroic deeds saving the world many times over times, (the real) Mr. X is hosting a new competition with a little twist: all competitors will be fitted with the iconic Buster and Variable Weapon System. Once he catches wind of this, the brilliant Doctor Wily is absolutely ecstatic! He gleefully enters his greatest creations into the brackets, and challenges his rival Doctor Light into doing the same with his creations.
