In Buried Below, an atmospheric survival horror experience, things start with an interactive intro leading up to a camping trip gone wrong. During a storm, your girlfriend goes missing. Armed with key information previously provided by a clerk about a nearby abandoned mine, you venture out to explore the vast, free roamable forest, needing a map for orientation. Gaining entry to the mine involves using items correctly to solve environmental puzzles blocking your path. Once inside, your survival depends on managing your lighter's fuel while navigating the tunnels. You'll need to use stealth, either hiding or creating distractions, to evade the creature that lurks below. Can you escape this desolate place alive, or will your memory never end?
